Please review the following terms and conditions before
continuing.
Health Care Coding Administrators ("HCC Admin"), producer
of the Certified RN-Coder and RN-Auditor Institutes "Institutes")
will provide you with Education Services only on the condition
that you accept, and comply with the terms and conditions
in this agreement.
By checking "I accept" at time of registration, you agree
to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If
you do not agree to any of the following terms and conditions,
you may not participate in the Education Services.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
(Captions are provided for convenience only, and should not
be construed as part of this agreement.)
Terms and Conditions
1.0 Registration Policy
1.1 You take full responsibility for any costs associated
with your participation in the Education Services, including
tuition fees, travel expenses and room and board expenses,
all required materials, texts, or manuals.
1.2 For Public Workshops: Payment in full is required
prior to the first day of instruction. Proof of payment is
required at the time of registration. All discounts must be
applied at the time of initial purchase -- no exceptions.
After you have received the Links/Passwords, workbooks, materials,
and/or "live" training, there are no refunds. All materials
received will be considered "consumed" by the Purchaser.
1.3 For online learning classes: Payment is required
at the time of registration and there are no refunds once
you have received the links/passwords and/or RN-Coder course
materials. Once issued, they are considered "consumed."
2.0 Transfer/Cancellation Policy: There are no Cancellations.
You may transfer or postpone your class/web-cast to a later
date and you have up to a year to do that. You may do that
by phone or email : Joyce-Thomas@rn-coder.com

2.1 Health Care Coding Administrators reserves the right
to cancel any Public Workshop without any prior notice, and
for any reason. ANY LIVE INSTITUTE NOT MEETING ITS MINIMUM
NUMBER OF 10 REGISTRATIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME A WEB-CAST.
Please keep this cancellation policy in mind if you are considering
non-refundable airline tickets. Health Care Coding Administrators
will not be responsible for travel, lodging, or any other
expenses you may incur. All returning students who have previously
attended an RN-Coder Institute may attend a regularly scheduled
RN-Coder Institute free of charge if preparing for the AACCA
Certification Exam. Students have up to twelve (12) months
from their original registration date, to attend a second
"live" course for free.
3.0 Confirmation Policy
3.1 A confirmation notice will be emailed to you upon receipt
of your registration and payment information. Please bring
a copy of your confirmation letter with you to class. It is
your responsibility to make sure you have submitted payment
prior to the class start-date, and that you have received
a confirmation email from Health Care Coding Administrators
prior to arriving at an RN-Coder/RN-Auditor Institute.
3.2 Online Learning Classes: You will receive two
(2) confirmation emails: (a) An acknowledgement to let you
know your registration has been received and is being processed.
(b) A confirmation that your registration has been approved
and payment confirmed. This email will include the workshop
URL with login and password details.
4.0 Payment Policy
4.1 You may pay under a purchase order by credit/debit card
(ANY card with the VISA/MasterCard/Discover logo. WE DO NOT
ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS AT THIS TIME.
4.2 Proof of payment: Fax a copy of your signed receipt
to 909-591-5755.
4.3 Electronic Checks: Please call our office at 888-99
RN-Coder and speak to a Registration Specialist, who will
take your business or personal check electronically. Checks
will be payable to Health Care Coding Administrators Please
fax your registration form 909-591-5755
4.4 Credit Card: Health Care Coding Administrators
accepts VISA, Master Card, and Discover. Credit cards will
be charged at the time of registration. All transactions processed
by Health Care Coding Administrators are subject to a credit/debit
card processing fee.
5.0 OTHER TERMS
5.1 You agree to use reasonable care to prevent any unauthorized
use, disclosure, publication, or dissemination of Health Care
Coding Administrators Confidential Information to any third
party, but in no event shall you use less than the same degree
of care that you use to protect your own confidential and
proprietary information of similar importance. You will not
use Health Care Coding Administrators Confidential Information
for purposes other than those necessary to directly further
the purposes of the education Services. You will not disclose
to third parties Health Care Coding Administrators Confidential
Information without the prior written consent of Health Care
Coding Administrators.
5.2 For the purpose of this agreement, Health Care Coding
Administrators Confidential Information means (i) any Health
Care Coding Administrators education, publication, or software
product, in object and source code form, and any related technology,
idea, algorithm, or information combined therein, and any
trade secrets related to any of the foregoing; (ii) Health
Care Coding Administrators product plans, costs, prices and
names; non-published financial information; marketing plans;
business opportunities; personnel; research; development or
know-how;(iii) any information designated by Health Care Coding
Administrators as confidential in writing or, if disclosed
orally, designated as confidential in writing within (30)
days; provided, however that "Health Care Coding Administrators
Confidential Information" will not include information that;
(a) is or becomes generally known or available by publication
commercial use or otherwise through no fault of yours; (b)
is known and has been reduced to tangible form by you at the
time of disclosure and is not subject to restriction; (c)
you independently developed Health Care Coding Administrators
Confidential Information; (d) you lawfully obtained from a
third party who has the right to make such disclosure; and
(e) is released for publication by Health Care Coding Administrators
in writing.
5.3 All content included in the Certified RN-Coder and Certified
RN-Auditor Institutes is provided by Health Care Coding Administrators.
Because of the possibility of human or mechanical error by
Health Care Coding Administrators, Health Care Coding Administrators'
sources, or others, neither Health Care Coding Administrators
nor any of its suppliers (including but not limited to Gatlin
Education Services Inc.) guarantees the accuracy, adequacy
or completeness of any information and neither is responsible
for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from
the use of such information. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall Health
Care Coding Administrators or its suppliers be liable for
any indirect, special or consequential damages in connection
with your use or others' use of the information provided in
the Web-Based Learning Course(s).
5.4 You agree that neither Gatlin Education Services, Inc.,
Health Care Coding Administrators, nor any provider of information
distributed through the Institutes, shall have liability for
any of the following: (i) the accuracy of the information
furnished through the Web-Based Learning Course(s); (ii) delays
or omissions therein, nor for any lost profits, indirect,
special or consequential damages.
5.5 The laws of California shall govern this agreement. These
terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between
the parties with respect to the Education Services, and supercede
all prior agreements or representations, oral or written,
regarding Education Services.
5.6 You agree that any concerns, issues, or complaints shall
be brought in writing to Health Care Coding Administrators

I understand and agree to the above Terms and Conditions
of purchasing, using, and otherwise consuming the Intellectual
Property of Joyce L. Thomas, MHA, owner of all curriculum
of the Certified RN-Coder and Certified RN-Auditor Institutes.
I, the registrant, give permission for Health Care Coding
Administrators to bill my credit card, and I understand that
once I receive and open my RN-Coder Institute coding manuals
and copyrighted material or receiving he links/password there
are no cancellations.
