RN-Coder ICD10 Academy

In this 125-hour online program you will learn the basics of CPT professional & outpatient coding, HCPCS coding for supplies, dressings, injectables, and review ICD9CM diagnosis coding. You will learn how these 3 coding systems integrate with each other to provide Medicare and other payers complete information about a patient's condition and the services they received. You will also learn how to match and sequence codes for accurate reimbursement. As part of the overall process you will learn how to create a CMS 1500 claim form with which to report patient services and conditions. Upon completion you will earn 40 CE contact hours for your nursing license.

NOTE: A used 2012-2014 ICD9CM coding manual is required for RN-Coder BASIC & RN-Auditor programs. You may borrow one, order a used one from or eBay. Maybe a physician office has an 2012-2014 you can use!

For RN-Coder ICD10 you will need any version of ICD10CM and ICD10PCS.  There have been few updates since ICD10 was implemented Oct. 1, 2015.
